MESSAGING WITH CUSTOMERS

Visitour.ph believes that the key for a successful transaction is
communication. That’s why we created a chat feature on the app so that
the merchants can contact their customers and vice versa. Through this
feature, they can contact each other if they have any questions regarding
their bookings.

To message a new customer, go to his/her
booking on the Requests Tab and click on
“Contact Customer” on the Booking item.

To view past messages, click on the
“Messaging” icon on the upper right of the
screen.

Send text or photo messages to your
customer on the chatbox. On the top of the
screen, the date and his/her booking status
are displayed.

You can only message the guests once their payment has been
confirmed by the system. Moreover, once the transaction or the booking
is complete, the merchant and user will not be able to message each
other using the app. Visitour.ph made this conditions to protect the
privacy for both parties.
